Public information indicates that tool bag manufacturing processes are divided into two main streams: industrial mass-production EVA tool bags and customized tool bags.

Details are as follows:

Standard Manufacturing Process for Industrial Mass-Production EVA Tool Bags

EVA is the most commonly used molding material for tool bags. The standard production process consists of eight core steps:

Lamination: The outer fabric and lining are laminated to the EVA base material separately. After lamination, the resulting sheet is typically about 1.4 x 3.2 meters in size.

Cutting: Based on the actual width of the material used for the product, the large sheet is cut into smaller pieces of the corresponding size.

Molding: The bag body is formed using hot or cold pressing molds. The product logo can also be processed simultaneously through hot pressing, pad printing, or heat transfer printing.

Sewing: After assembling accessories such as zippers and handles, the bags are sewn together, and preliminary finishing is done simultaneously. Inspection: QC conducts random checks on finished product quality to control defects.
Packaging: Individual products are packaged after passing inspection.

Complete Production Process for Customized Toolkits

For personalized customized toolkits, a pre-customization process needs to be added before mass production:

Requirements Communication and Design: Factory personnel record customer requirements, designers create initial design drafts and output paper templates. Production can only proceed after design confirmation.

Material Selection and Sampling: Materials matching the customer's budget are selected, and professional sample makers create samples for customer confirmation.

Bulk Order Confirmation: After sample satisfaction, a production contract is signed, and a production process sheet is issued to begin material preparation.

Mass Production:Cutting, splicing, and sewing processes are completed according to the corresponding material's process.

Inspection and Shipment: After final sampling quality inspection, shipment is arranged.
